Roisan lies at the “crossroads” between the upper Valpelline valley and the central valley known as the Plaine d’Aoste. Being situated in a quiet setting surrounded by greenery not too high on the mountainside, this is a tourist destination accessible to all.
Mountain bikers can enjoy pedalling along the 76 km of signed trails that total 2,400 m elevation gain. There is also a vast range of choice for hikers, for example “Roisan Nordic walking Park” with 79 km of signed trails and an elevation gain of almost 1,000 m.
